It is the policy of Kate Simmons Schools that all students gain as much performance experience as possible.
Senior Programme
Each year the Senior Programme performs in a major production at one
of the major theatres in Manchester, ie The Opera Theatre in the Royal Northern
College of Music, or at the new Lowry Centre at Salford Quays; or at the
Brindley in Runcorn.
This nearly always comprises of a classical one act ballet and a Westend to Broadway section containing established or choreographed works of jazz, contemporary and spanish.

Junior Programme
The Junior Programme also have their own productions for young students to have the opportunity to perform on stage in a theatre. This is a fun time and a valuable experience that the Kate Simmons School believe is an important development for all young children to appreciate where their training is leading to.
